The KR Conference Series provides more intimate setting
than
that of
general AI conferences for researchers studying explicit
representations of knowledge manipulated by inference algorithms,
which provide an important foundation for much work in Artificial
Intelligence, Computer Science, and Software Engineering. The conference
emphasizes both the theoretical principles of knowledge representation
and reasoning and the relationships between these principles and their
embodiments in working systems. The KR Conferences Series began in 1989: The proceedings for KR'89 -
KR2002 are published by Morgan Kaufmann Publishers, San
Francisco, California, USA, and the Proceedings for KR2004 are
published by AAAI |
